This is a charcuterie boards best friend. We took our delicious sage honey and did a controlled cold smoke over hours on ice. This honey was not heated in order to retain the healthy benefits of raw honey. The gentle wood smoke imparts a whole new flavor in the honey. This is our hardest (labor of love) process. It has been referred to as bacon honey, because of the chewy smokey flavor.A chef and foodie favorite. Very limited supply.
